                                         ESM SERVICES:

 

CTI Global provides monitoring and the management of IT infrastructures and applications in order to optimize IT service delivery.

We provide support and manage complex IT infrastructures through automation, monitoring systems to ensure that the network devices, servers and applications used by organizations remain functioning properly. Our automated notification of detected faults allows personnel to rely on the CTI Global to tell them when there is a problem that requires their attention, enabling them to use their time more productively on project delivery and other “value add” activities. In some cases, it is possible to delegate the resolution of problems to CTI Global, providing further opportunities for efficiency savings. We provide other services such as job scheduling, software distribution, IT inventory management and data backup/restore.

 

CTI Global has extensive knowledge in integration support, process optimization, post-implementation realization activities and driving return-on-investment for systems implementations. We utilize experienced ESM certified consultants who are also familiar with IT infrastructure library (ITIL) processes. This enables us to provide ESM tools transformation strategies by leveraging experience, expertise and utilizing alliances with ESM Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
